Adoption:       Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow.

Defend the fatherless is part of our ministry and has been for approximately twelve years. We have found a great joy in foster/adoption, as it was difficult for us to do “short” term foster parenting.

Kris and I have completed six adoptions without any regret at all! Has it been a challenge? Yes! However we have been blessed beyond measure. We are thankful to have been given the opportunity to do the Lord’s work in this area.

As time goes on they have grown and new experiences are still a challenge, however worth it. This children in foster care need as much help as possible, whether a loving home or any kind of support, such as respite , financial, volunteering or otherwise.

Consider the need, please give a child love, hope, for a better life. The world can forget them easily and consider them a burden, but they are not. As we have considered them a true blessing and more importantly “A Gift From God”
